TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Information on the bonus gift and how to make a claim forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer. By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes, or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude, or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010(Cth). Claims must comply with these conditions to be valid.
  2. The promoter is Chamberlain Australia Pty Ltd ABN 671 180 3362, PO Box 1446, Lane Cove NSW 1595 Australia (Promoter).
  3. Claims are only open to permanent residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. All employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and of Bunnings Group Limited trading as Bunnings Warehouse are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
  4. The Promotion commences at 8.01am AEST on 19 August 2021 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 14 October 2021. The promotional dates are set out below: (a) Purchase period opens at 8.01am AEST on 19 August 2021 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 2 September 2021 (Purchase Period); and (b) Online claim form submission, including proof of purchase and other documentation set out in paragraph 5(b) of these Terms and Conditions, 8.01am AEST on 19 August 2021 and ends at 11.59pm AEST on 14 October 2021 (Claim Period).
  5. To be eligible to claim and participate in this promotion:(a) Eligible claimants must, during the Purchase Period, purchase and pay in full for a Participating Product(s) in one transaction from a participating Bunnings Warehouse Australia retail store. Claimants must retain their original receipt/tax invoice as proof of purchase; and(b) Eligible claimants must, during the Claim Period, submit their claim form to redeem a Qualifying Purchase online by visiting https://chamberlainanz.com/myqredemption/ including but not limited to correctly completing the online redemption form at this link, and uploading a copy of a valid original purchase receipt/tax invoice as proof of purchase (which must clearly show details of the invoice number, invoice date, store of purchase, payment in full and applicable Participating Product(s) purchased). Claimants will then receive an email from the Promoter confirming that their claim has been submitted for verification.
  6. The following products are participating Chamberlain products (Participating Products) for the purposes of this promotion: RollerLift Plus CR855MYQ (I/N: 0133220), RollerLift CR655MYQ (I/N: 0133219), SectionalLift Plus CS105MYQ (I/N: 0133218) and SectionalLift CS65MYQ (I/N: 0133217).
  7. If a claimant returns a Participating Product purchased for any reason other than a standard exchange for the same product, the claimant’s claim will be rendered invalid, and if the claimant has already received the gift, the claimant will be required to return the gift, in full, to the Promoter at their own cost.
  8. All bonus item(s) are strictly not for resale. Each valid claimant will receive the following bonus gift for every valid claim submitted and received by the Promoter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions: Chamberlain myQ Connectivity Kit RRP $129. The gift value is the recommended retail value in AUD (including GST) in Australia and is correct at the time of printing.
  9. More than one claim is permitted to be submitted where the claimant has made more than one purchase on separate receipts. There is a limit of 10 claims per household that will be accepted by the Promoter. All claims must be validated. The Promoter shall use its reasonable efforts to ensure that all approved claims are delivered to the nominated delivery address within 6 weeks from the time that the claim is validated.  The Promoter does not accept responsibility should the delivery take longer than 6 weeks for reasons beyond its reasonable control.
  10. Each bonus gift will be delivered by the Promoter directly to the Australian residential street address provided to the Promoter at time of entry via Australia Post (registered post).
  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, misdirected, delayed or misplaced delivery due to incorrectly provided delivery address and/or any absence to sign for the delivery.
  12. General claim enquiries can be made via email to customerservice@chamberlainanz.com with details of the unique redemption number if applicable. Final enquiries must be made by the end of the Claim Period.
  13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for claims not properly completed or submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Claim forms (and/or original purchase receipts/tax invoices) that are illegible, indecipherable, incomplete, mutilated, stolen, forged, altered or tampered in any way, or received by the Promoter after the end of the Claim Period, will be deemed invalid. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the bonus gift with a gift of equivalent value, subject to applicable law, or at its discretion if the gift is unavailable for any reason. Claimants will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the bonus gift or element of a gift has been substituted at equal or greater value. The bonus gift, or its equivalent, is not exchangeable, transferable nor redeemable for cash.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims, and reserves the right to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the claim process, submitted an ineligible claim, provides false information or engages in any unlawful or improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair conduct of this promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure to produce the original receipt(s) for a redemption(s) or appropriate identification for verification when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of some or all of the claimant’s redemption(s) and forfeiture of any right to some or all bonus gift. If there is a dispute as to the validity of any redemption(s), the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of in connection with this promotion or any redemption, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim for redemption that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in bonus gift value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by the claimant; or (f) acceptance and/ or use of the bonus gift.
  17. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any redemption claim; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the promotion without notice and at its discretion.
  19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from receiving the gift.
  20. The Promoter collects personal information in connection with this promotion in order to conduct and promote the promotion and its claimants, and to assist the Promoter to improve its services. The Promoter may, for the purpose of conducting this promotion, disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to regulatory agencies. Participation in this promotion is conditional on providing this information.
  21. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information provided for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
  22. Personal information collected, used, held and disclosed by the Promoter in connection with this promotion will be managed in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available at com./privacy-policy), which contains information about opt out, access, correction and complaint processes.
